Computerized Dispatch System
Yellow and Bell Cab use the latest technology in computerized dispatching available today. Each taxicab in our fleet of 100 taxicabs is equipped with a Mobil Data Terminals that communicates with our Central Dispatch System. This system allows us to dispatch the closest taxicab to our customers as soon as we receive a call.
Our dispatch system allows our customers to book their trips on line, receive call-backs when the taxicab arrives, and directly communicate with our friendly call takers or dispatchers to receive updates on the status of their taxis cab.
